MICA’s Meet the Candidates Night, in Partnership with the Greater Gordon Heights Civic Association – Part One: Candidates for NYS Assembly Districts 2, 3, & 4, SC Comptroller and SC Clerk were invited. NYS 3rd District Senator Dean Murray will also attend.
This will NOT be a debate. We will use our “Friendly Forum” format begun more than a decade ago by MICA’s late past president Tom Talbot. Each candidate will have a certain number of minutes –tbd, usually about ten minutes — to speak and perhaps answer a few questions from members in good standing. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully.
