“7 Action Steps to Take in the Face of

Suspected or Diagnosed Dementia”

on Thursday, July 19, 2018 from 7:30 – 8:30 PM at

Longwood Public Library – 800 Middle Country Rd, Middle Island, NY

Please join us for this informative event held in memory of our dear colleague and mentor.  Tom was and continues to be an advocate for public education about dementia, which took him from us far too soon. MICA will conduct a brief business meeting at 7PM, followed by the 7:30 presentation and Q &A. MICA will make  donations to the Dementia Society and the Parkinson’s Foundation  in Tom’s name.  Attendees may also do so this night or via the info below:
