Monthly Meeting Notice
Our next MICA meeting will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2017 in the first floor Clemens Room of our beautiful LONGWOOD PUBLIC LIBRARY at 800 Middle Country Road at 7:00PM. Please join us. Bring a neighbor!
Meet the Candidates Night- MICA invited those seeking office as TOB Supervisor, TOB 4th District Council person , the SC 6th and 7th District Legislators, and interested judicial candidates to participate in our well-established, respectful and friendly forum. Each candidate will have an equal, allotted time to speak and answer a few questions if time permits. Only nominated, main party candidates themselves may speak – no surrogates, no representatives and no write-in candidates will be recognized. Questions from MICA members will be entertained first; each questioner shall give their name and hamlet of residence. And all audience members are expected to behave appropriately. Respectful behavior is mandatory.
As usual, SC Police Dept 6th Precinct reps will also attend and answer questions.
Remember to bring non-perishable goods for donation to local agencies for distribution to needy families in our community. Thanks!
