At our June 16 MICA meeting, Anthony Briguglio explained his firm’s plans to expand into the old PC Richards building right next to the existing Innovation Toyota Dealership. A demolition permit has been obtained, and work may begin in the next few weeks. Tony explained that they will be using the same demo company that is doing work at the KMart site, so they are waiting for that project to be finished. He also needs storage space for about 200 new cars during the construction phase and is eager to hear from anyone with available lots to lease. MICA voted unanimously in support of this project in November 2104, when it was proposed by previous owners Competition Toyota, and we continue to support it now.
