- The regular meeting of the Middle Island Civic Association will be held on Thursday, January 19th in the Longwood Public Library beginning at 7:00pm.
- Guest Speaker will be Suffolk County Probation Officer Jill Porter who will update the membership on the growing concerns about gang activity in our community. PO Porter, who has extensive experience in the subject , will share various aspects of this topic and what can be done to combat it.
- ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES are now payable for the 2012 year. Please bring your $10 dues payment with you to this meeting. If you are unable to attend, you may mail dues to MICA at P.O. Box 658, Middle Island, NY 11953.
- Remember to bring non-perishable goods for donation to a local agency for distribution to needy families in our area.
