TOB 4th District Councilwoman Connie Kepert will be hosting a Tax Grievance Seminar along with Brookhaven Town’s Tax Assessor, Jim Ryan. The event will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 from 6:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. at the Old Coram Firehouse. All Town of Brookhaven residents are welcome to attend. Island Squire Demo Approved

  It’s Coming Down!  At a Public Hearing on April 16, the Town of Brookhaven approved the determination of the old Island Squire restaurant as unsafe, warranting its removal.  A 15-day waiting period is required, bringing the long-soaught demo day to sometime around May 1st.
