Monthly Meeting Notice
Our next MICA meeting will be held on Thursday, July 20th, 2017 in the first floor Clemens Room of our beautiful LONGWOOD PUBLIC LIBRARY at 800 Middle Country Road at 7:00PM. Please join us. Bring a neighbor!
Suffolk County Police Commissioner Tim Sini will be our featured speaker. Commissioner Sini will update us on the opioid epidemic and efforts to combat the MS 13 gang problem. Attorney Steve Losquadro will also present plans by Coram Land, LLC, to build a gas station on the south east corner of Wilson Ave and Rt 25. Although this parcel is technically in Middle Island, residents recognize it as being in Gordon Heights. MICA will invite Gordon Heights Civic and community members to join us that evening.
As usual, SC Police Dept 6th Precinct reps will also attend and answer questions.
