THURSDAY, October 15th, 2026 at 7:00 PM\u00a0<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Meet the Candidates Night in Partnership with the Greater Gordon Heights Civic Association \u2013 Part Two:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Candidates for NYS Senate District 1, NYS Assembly Districts 2 & 3, SC Clerk, and the NY First US Congressional District were invited. Thus far six candidates are confirmed: Anthony Palumbo, Chris Murray, Joe DeStefano, Josh Sluaghter, Jodi Giglio, and Chris Gallant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This will NOT be a debate. We will use our \u201cFriendly Forum\u201d format begun more than a decade ago by MICA\u2019s late past president Tom Talbot. Each candidate will have a certain number of minutes \u2013tbd, usually about ten minutes \u2014 to speak and perhaps answer a few questions from members in good standing.
