We will use our \u201cFriendly Forum\u201d format begun more than a decade ago by our late past president Tom Talbot.&nbsp;Each candidate will have an equal, allotted time to speak and answer a few questions if time permits.&nbsp;&nbsp;Only candidates themselves may speak \u2013 no surrogates or representatives.&nbsp;&nbsp;Questions from MICA members in good standing will be entertained first; each questioner shall give their name and hamlet of residence.
