Our first visit was a condolence call to Edith Lilie, where we presented her with a framed tribute to her late husband Harold. Edith was touched and full of stories about Harold. MICA will make a donation to the Jewish War Veterans in Harold&#8217;s memory. Then it was off to a Happy Birthday Drive By Parade for Artie Shirreffs. Artie is a Vietnam Vet and longtime volunteer firefighter. His wife Barbara is our MICA membership secretary. Their daughter planned this surprise event, complete with awesome signage and a proclamation from Legislator Sarah Anker!
