He met recently in NYC to maintain the town\u2019s bond rating and said no more short term\/interest only loans. He feels he has less power now than as a SC legislator because his is only one of 7 votes on the TOB Board and the Highway Dept is separate domain with its own\u00a0 purchasing and personnel depts.
