Lupinacci III, Kathy Liguori, Danny Lavardera, Barbara Shirreffs<\/p>\n<p>I.\u00a0 Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited<br \/>\nII.\u00a0 December 15, 2011 minutes were read and approved with correction to be made<br \/>\nIII.\u00a0 Treasurer\u2019s Report was read<br \/>\nIV.\u00a0 Correspondence &#8211; Thank you note from \u201cBlessings R Us\u201d for receiving food donation from our food drive, e- mail from President Talbot re: Great Brookhaven Cleanup to be on Sat. April 21st<br \/>\nV.\u00a0 Reports of Committees and Officers &#8211;<br \/>\nMembership Drive\/Dues Payments\/Business Membership category now in effect.\u00a0 Dues are to be collected by Membership Secy. Margaret Malloy<\/p>\n<p>VI. Unfinished Business &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sandy Hills:\u00a0 President Talbot testified, Legislator Romaine withdrew protest, sewer extension granted<\/li>\n<li>Artist Lake Plaza (Old K-Mart property) &#8211; TOB approved developer\u2019s request for C&amp;R postponement to March<\/li>\n<li>Bartlett Pond Park:\u00a0 New monument placement, reveg plan &#8211; awaiting PBC comments<\/li>\n<li>Longwood Public Library &#8211; Update on proposed expansion, new sign usage<\/li>\n<li>King Kullen:\u00a0 Litter was cleaned up &#8211; Camera crew was there to take pictures of Lottery winners!<\/li>\n<li>Adopt-Our-Families Christmas program &#8211; Margaret Malloy saw that gifts were distributed to Barbara Royce who in turn gave to needy family in area<\/li>\n<li>Sign ordinance &#8211; Code has been clarified, amended to be\u00a0 more easily understood.\u00a0 Gail to meet with Councilwoman Kepert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>VII.
