Mr. Sukhjinder Singh purchased the property and will remove the existing single family residence and garage in order to construct the building depicted in plans below. Mr. Singh, his family and professional planners from Enspire Design Group, LLC,  attended the August 17,  2023 MICA meeting to present the plans and answer questions. The plan was well received by those in attendance. When a Public Hearing before the Brookhaven Zoning Board of Appeals was set for Wed, Jan 29, 2025 at 2pm, MICA confirmed that plans from Aug 2023 remain relatively unchanged and received the details of the requested variances. We testified in support of the variances which were granted.  MICA will similarly support the application before the Planning Board on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a
